Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Pre-sale orders are shipped within 5 days of receiving the items ordered. If you place an order with a pre-sale item alongside non-presale items fulfillment of your non-presale items may or may not be fulfilled prior to fulfillment of the pre-sale item(s) at our sole discretion. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Occasionally we receive a high volume or orders which necessitates longer than usual fulfillment times. You are able to check the status of your order by emailing us at info@west3d.com and we can give you a fulfillment estimate. 

Additionally, there may be times where the West3D fulfillment center is closed. If the fulfillment center is closed we will post notice on a prominent location on our website. In these instances we will fulfill open orders as expeditiously as feasible when we reopen.

We ship using the method selected through the order, however we reserve the right to ship via any method available to us in the following circumstances: 

1. Method chosen is Economy

2. Method chosen is not available either by destination or carrier requirements (e.g. actual weight exceeds first class mail limit)

3. Postal holidays or other closures prevent us meeting service levels

4. Customer requests a method other than what was originally selected

5. Another shipping method is available from the same carrier with a shorter delivery time (e.g. Priority mail vs. Parcel Select)

6. Shipping method selected is promotional or free

7. There is an event which may cause the delivery to be delayed if the original shipping method is used (e.g. carrier work strikes, holiday delays)

We can only provide estimates on our handling and fulfillment of orders, once the package leaves our fulfillment center we do not provide any guarantee of the length of time a package takes to arrive (see service levels for the given carrier and carrier rate to understand any guarantees provided). Should a package appear to be lost, damaged, or otherwise not satisfactorily delivered please let us know so we can take appropriate action.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Most items qualify for free economy shipping if the order total is above $150 USD for shipments within the continental United States. For some items a flat shipping applies, in such cases we will post a notice on the product pages of the subject items. Items with flat rate shipping policies do not qualify for any free shipping promotions.


Local pickup

If you would like to pick up from our retail location please select Store Pickup during checkout. Pickup orders are generally available within 24hrs, you may also walk in and order products in person.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some items we carry are unavailable to be shipped outside the United States. If you have an order you wish to ship internationally but our system is preventing you from checking out please reach out to us at info@west3d.com so we can review your request and check whether or not we can update our shipping policies.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. As of July 13th 2023 we may offer import duty/tax collection services on the checkout page, this is limited to jurisdictions that are enabled. If taxes are collected the order page will notate it as part of the subtotal. These are remitted by West3D to the appropriate authorities and West3D pays a brokerage fee to process these as a service to our international customers and to reduce the final destination cost. In no event is West3D responsible for additional taxes or fees a foreign jurisdiction may require, this responsibility is retained by the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@west3d.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
